CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are sorry, once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before placing their order.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pick up / drop off services are no longer Available. Orders MUST be placed online only.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
In stock orders will be shipped Tuesday- Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next working business day. Allow up to 7 Business days from your order date for orders to processed. **Note: Due to the current pandemic there are currently no known delays with our shipping partners at this time.
MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS directly.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS.
Crave Her Chic takes pride in packaging each order carefully and correctly to ensure the upmost protection of your items. However, there may be events that are out of our control that may cause the items to spill or damaged in the process of getting to the destination. In the event of your product arriving damaged please email us at craveherchic@gmail.com with pictures of damaged items and your order # within 24hrs and we will help you resolve the issue.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48hrs for your tracking status to update.
MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET.
If your tracking info says your package has been delivered then please check all possible delivery points (front door, porch, etc.) as well as check in with other members of your household and neighborhood. If to no avail, please contact your local USPS directly.
